This is the Council on Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP) guideline on chiropractic management of low back pain, published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics in 2016. It brought three earlier guidelines together into one updated document.

The authors reviewed literature published from late 2009 to early 2014 and gave it to a Delphi panel made up mostly of chiropractors, who rated the statements using the RAND-UCLA consensus method. Draft statements were also posted for public comment.

Most of the earlier recommendations came through the process unchanged. The panel concluded that chiropractors are well placed to diagnose, treat, co-manage and manage patients with low back pain. A 2022 Clinical Compass guideline on mechanical low back pain has since replaced it.
